The folk Lenten singing seminar „Here, we have come to the cross!“ will be held on February 24 and 25, 2024 in Dugopolje, in the premises of the House of Culture (Trg Franje Tuđmana 1). This is the third seminar (singing workshop) in Dugopolje, and it is held under the mentorship of Dr. sc. Joško Ćaleta. The seminar is focused on the topic of Croatian folk church (Lenten) singing, and participants will have the opportunity to try different vocal compositions and techniques of folk sacred singing that are characteristic primarily of the southern Croatian region, but they can also try their hand at other vocal musical styles of other Croatian regions.

On the last day of the seminar, 25.2. at 6 p.m., a traditional Lenten concert will be held in the parish church of St. Michael arch.
